Triathlon Entry cost: thru 7/31 ($45), thru 8/31 ($50), thru 9/30 ($60), thru 10/31 ($65), thru 11/17 ($70), thru 11/21 ($75) and late sign-up at mandatory check-in ($80)
Note: There are NO race day sign-ups available for the Triathlon!
ALL TRIATHLON ENTRANTS MUST:
i) Present an annual USAT membership card when checking in
ii) must purchase while registering on Active.com the one-day USAT membership for $12 (or show proof of purchase)
Refund policy: We realize things come up and we will allow a refund as follows: Until Sept. 1st 2013 - 100%, until Oct. 1st 2013 - 50% and after Oct. 1st no refunds will be given. There is a $15 refund fee withheld for processing the refund.

Awards: Top Triathlon overall Male and Female receive a pure 4oz Silver medal. Overall 2nd/3rd place will receive a beautiful commemorative pure Silver athletic coin set. 1st place masters (40+), senior masters (50+) and senior masters (60+) division (M/F) receive a pure 1oz. Silver commemorative sports coin. Awards go 3 deep in each group or age-group. Awards ceremony will take place at the CCHS track stadium and will begin about 15 minutes after the last triathlete finishes (approximately at 10:45am). NOTE: Awards not picked up race day will be dropped off at the Movin' Shoes in Pacific Beach at your request. Or, you may send a prepaid postage (enough for 6oz) bubble-envelope to: 11001 Caminito Arcada, San Diego, Ca. 92131

Our Del Mar Triathlon event will have 5 year age-groups male and female as follows:
14U,15-19, 20-24, 25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79
Amenities/Refreshments: We will have Finisher Medals for all finishers, goodie bags, Color T-shirts and post-race refreshments (fruit, homemade muffins from Mimi's Kitchen, Hammer Gel/Heed and water) for all competitors. We will also be giving away some great prizes from our sponsors!
Continental Breakfast: A free Continental breakfast will be provided by Mimi's kitchen and made available to all entrants post-race!

NOTE: If you live OUTSIDE of San Diego County, you may check-in race morning, Nov. 24th from 6-8:00 a.m. If you live in the extreme north, east or south sections of San Diego County, you may check-in race morning. Our events take place "rain or shine".

Bike course map (out and back on the 56fwy bike path - 15km total)
Note: All USAT rules will apply. It is the entrant's responsibility to know the USAT rules. Our bike course will be marshaled. Our bike marshals will be looking for 5 key violations: 1) Your helmet is fastened at ALL times on the course, 2) You may NOT draft at any time on the bike course. This means keep at least 5 bike lengths between you and the rider in front of you and you may NOT ride along side another rider, 3) Our course will have 2 "no passing" zones race day. Obey all rules and instructions regarding these lanes, 4) No erratic or unsafe riding, and 5) Observe the Mount/Dismount line and follow instructions accordingly. Violators of these rules may be given a warning, penalized by a time penalty or may be DISQUALIFIED.
